Growing up in a family that focused on hard work and education has given me the values I have today. My family was in oilfield construction and the cattle business, livelihoods that helped teach me early on the value of working hard and efficiently.  More importantly I believe I learned how to serve and treat people.  Now my wife, Heather and I endeavor to cultivate those values and traditions in our family life.  Heather and I have been married since 2006 and have two sons, Wesley and Blake, both of whom I admire and learn from every day. We enjoy our Idaho lifestyle as a family and are involved in a variety of activities that have us always on the go. Our son, Wes, has Muscular Dystrophy.  We are convinced that the community in which we live is better than any place for which we could have hoped for Wes and Blake.  Building upon my life experiences and work ethic in the interest of our clients and associates in my real estate profession is what will set us apart.

Experience

  • 10 years in heavy construction:  underground construction, grading and paving as an operator and supervisor
  • 10 years in leadership roles in the food manufacturing industry including being the director of operations
  • Volunteer Fireman and EMS for Midvale Fire
  • 4-H leader and volunteer
  • Obtained education and certification in Safety Culture Change
  • Attended Cal Poly from 1998-2004 Ag Business and Ag Management
  • Cal Poly Livestock Judging team (2001)

Recreation

Ours is an on the go family whether working with livestock or out hunting and recreating. We enjoy being outdoors on our horses or the motor vehicles, fishing Idaho’s lakes, rivers and reservoirs or simply enjoying a trip into the nearby surrounding mountains no matter the season. As a family we participate in community events and enjoy supporting our local 4-H and FFA livestock showman at the county fairs.  Contributing to wildlife conservation or local events are ways we enjoy giving back to the community and friends.
