The Rosetti Ranch is located in the heart of the Hells Canyon Rim Country along the Weiser River in a private end-of-the-road setting northeast of Midvale. Nearly ½ mile of the Weiser River forms the north boundary of this picturesque 88 acre +/- ranch. A long established wildlife pond on the ranch combines with the river’s riparian corridor to create priceless aesthetics, habitat and recreation opportunity. Strong water rights and rich, bottom ground soils combine to yield excellent hay, grain and pasture production. The 2,384 sq. ft. owner’s residence is a beautiful custom built 2 story in a landscaped setting that exhibits unquestionable Pride of Ownership. Extraordinary outbuildings and improvements include a 3,120 sq. ft. dream shop building, 3 bay enclosed machine shed, a custom crafted horse barn, chicken house, corrals and pastures. Prominent Hitt, Cuddy and the West Mountains to the west, north and east, respectively, are the backdrop to the ranch’s inspiring territorial views.
Surrounded by mountains on three sides, this is big sky country with a deep history of farming and ranching. Characteristic of the area are the countless springs, creeks, rivers, lakes and reservoirs that add so much diversity. Millions of acres of national forest, state and BLM lands reaching in all directions are accessible for hunting, hiking, horse-back riding and exploring. The area supports upland game birds such as pheasant, quail, Hungarian partridge, grouse and chukar partridge as well as strong populations of mule deer, elk and several herds of antelope.
