COUNCIL GREENS GOLF COURSE:
Council Greens Golf Course is an inviting 9 hole (Par 33) course that lays across 40 acres of rolling terrain. While considered a relaxed course, there are 3 ponds, the Cool Creek drainage, trees and wooded draws creating “hazards” that make the course interesting. Council Greens is well managed and maintained. The course is kept watered and green from deep well irrigation throughout the summer months. Normal months of operation are April thru the middle of November each year. Management currently operates from a modest, nicely kept, portable structure with restroom facilities. Golf carts are available for rent.
All lots are surveyed and border a paved, county maintained road. Municipal sewer and water, power and phone have been extended along the county road to each lot. CC&R’s apply. All lots include membership to Council Greens Golf Course. A Home Owner’s Association (HOA) has been developed and will become active after the 36th lot has been sold. The annual HOA dues will be assessed at $780 per lot per year.
Hook-up fees are currently set at $4,000 each for municipal sewer and water.
